BMO robot automation system number 7

At D&D Plastic Processing, we believe strongly in automation. Unmanned production with a wide product range in small series is of great importance to us. In recent years, we have already invested in six BMO Platinum robotic cells.
Our latest investment is a BMO Infinity 180 system with a robot on a linear guide. This system handles the loading and unloading of a 3-axis Hedelius Forte 65 machine and a 5-axis Hedelius Acura 85 machine.
The large storage system accommodates both pallets of fixtures and trays of raw material. The installation is still in progress, but the whole thing is already making an impressive impression. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
