On Nov. 21, 2025, D&D Plastic Machining’s largest 5-axis machining center, the Hedelius Acura 85, was successfully delivered. This center features an impressive 900x850x700 mm range and an 850×750 mm rotary table, which allows complex plastic parts to be machined with extreme precision.

Next week, the integration of the Hedelius Forte 65 and the Hedelius Acura 85 with the advanced BMO robotic cell Infinity 180 will begin. This innovative combination ensures even more efficient and flexible production, with automation and high accuracy at its core.
