Deburring with care and precision
After machining plastic products, we remove all burrs and bumps with extreme precision. This can be done manually with fine deburring blades, carefully inspecting each product. By enlarging the product 40 times, even the smallest burrs and bumps can be machined.
We can use the drum technique, which allows products to be evenly rounded. Blasting products to ensure an even surface and optimal adhesion for any further processing can also be an operation to achieve a good end product .
Cleanroom-level cleaning and packaging
To meet the high demands of our customers, products can be ultrasonically cleaned and then cleanroom packed at D&D Plastic Processing. In our ISO Class 7 cleanroom, we have a modern cleaning line that allows us to clean parts at Grade 4 level.
Thus, we guarantee that each product is free of dust, grease and microparticles, and can be used immediately in medical, analytical or high-tech environments.
