A Grade 4 cleaning in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom means cleaning parts in an environment with a high degree of air quality control. An ISO Class 7 cleanroom may contain a maximum of 352,000 particles of 0.5 microns and larger per cubic meter of air, which is significantly cleaner than lower grades.
Grade 4 cleaning in this environment uses advanced cleaning techniques to remove particles and contaminants, meeting the stringent requirements of both Grade 4 and ISO Class 7 standards. Air filtration involves multiple stages (such as HEPA filters H13 or H14), and airflow ensures minimal particle precipitation. Personnel work with appropriate cleanroom clothing, and particle levels and temperature and humidity levels are continuously monitored to prevent contamination. After cleaning, products are packed dust-free to ensure maintenance of cleanliness.
In addition, we assemble the cleaned parts in the same controlled clean room environment. This ensures that assembly takes place under optimal conditions, minimizing contamination risks and ensuring the quality of the final product.
