D&D Plastic Machining has extensive machinery with CNC lathes that allow us to produce virtually any plastic turning product. Each lathe is equipped with automatic bar feed, allowing us to produce unmanned and efficiently.
Thanks to powered tools, we can also perform complex machining operations, such as slots and planes, within a single fixture . Thus, we deliver turning products of high accuracy and consistent quality.
Fully machined products from a single fixture
Some of our lathes are equipped with a sub-spindle, which allows products to be taken over during the process and also machined on the back side. As a result, parts come off the machine completely finished, without any additional handling. We also have CNC turning-milling combinations, which allow us to machine products 5-axis.
These are also equipped with bar feed as well as a robotic cell, allowing us to produce high-quality plastic components 24 hours a day.
