This week, D&D Plastic Machining took delivery of the fifth new machine from 2025: a Hedelius Forte 65, a modern 3-axis machining center with a travel range of 1,320 x 650 x 600 mm.

The installation of a second machine, the Hedelius Acura 85, an advanced 5-axis machining center, is expected next week. Both machines will be loaded and unloaded by BMO’s latest robotic cell, the Infinity 180, which moves on a rail system between the two machines.

With this expansion, D&D Plastic Processing is taking another important step toward the autonomous factory of the future. We will be happy to keep you informed of further developments.
