Will you be our new CNC milling machine?

Do you have a passion for technology, an eye for detail and would you like to work in a modern, innovative work environment? At D&D Plastic Processing, you will have the opportunity to further develop your technical skills and work with advanced CNC machines. Together with a team of driven professionals, you will make high-quality plastic products mainly for the semiconductor, medical and analytical industries.

What does the position entail?

As a CNC miller at D&D Plastic Processing, you play an important role in our production process. You work in a modern, automated machine park. You are responsible for setting, operating and programming the machines, where quality and reproducibility are paramount.

What will you do?

• You will independently adjust the machine and automation. On average about twice a day.
• For new items, you create the CNC program yourself. Within D&D we program with hyperMILL and OneCNC. Do you already have experience with one of these systems? That’s a nice bonus. Do you have no experience with hyperMILL or OneCNC, but have experience with another CAM system? Then you are also suitable for this position.
• You will check your own work and when necessary with QA support on the 3D measuring machine.
• Maintain the machine and workplace.
• You will create products with up to 2 µm accuracy!

What do we offer?

• An appropriate salary, where we consider the education(s) and experience you bring (€ 3250 – € 4250 gross per month);
• Opportunity for training in the form of education or training/course;
• A 5-day work week; Mon-Thurs 07:30-16:15 and Fridays 07:30 -15:15;
• Short lines, you are not a number within D&D. We work in a clear, flat organization without layers of bureaucracy.
