Our milling department has wide and modern machinery, which allows us to accurately machine any type of plastic. We work with 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC machining centers, suitable for both single piece and series production. Thanks to our knowledge and experience, we deliver dimensionally stable products with a perfect finish.
Each machining center is equipped with a vacuum bed, which allows us to stably clamp plastic sheets up to three meters long.
Milling with robotic cells and cooling
Many of our machining centers are equipped with robotic cells and cobots, allowing them to produce fully automatically, day and night. This makes them ideal for low volume, high mix products, where flexibility and continuity are essential.
In addition, many of our machines are equipped with a cooling system, which allows us to keep the temperature of the material constant. This allows us to guarantee the requested dimensions even for the most precise products. Thus we combine automated production with the precision that characterizes D&D Plastic Processing.
