Our CNC lathes are equipped with automatic bar feeding, allowing them to continue unmanned production. This allows us to work efficiently and achieve large production runs with consistent precision.
To perform complex machining operations, we use powered tools. In addition, some of our machines are equipped with a sub-spindle. This allows products to be taken over during production so that the back side can also be machined. This makes it possible to manufacture completely finished products in one continuous process.
CNC Turn Mill Combination
For even more versatility, we have an advanced CNC mill-turn combination. This machine can machine products 5-axis, allowing multiple complex operations to take place in one machine. Where previously a second fixture on a milling machine was required, this is now accomplished in a single machining step.

The turn-mill combination is equipped with a bar feeder and a robotic cell, which allows us to perform automated production processes. This results in higher production speeds, minimal downtime and consistent product quality.
