Will you be our new CNC Turner?

Do you have a passion for technology, a keen eye for detail, and would you like to work in a modern and innovative environment? At D&D Plastics, you will have the opportunity to further develop your technical skills while working with advanced CNC machines. Together with a team of dedicated professionals, you will manufacture high-quality plastic components primarily for the semiconductor, medical, and analytical industries.

What does the role involve?

As a CNC Miller at D&D Plastics, you play a key role in our production process. You will work in a modern, highly automated machine shop and be responsible for setting up, operating, and programming CNC machines, where quality and repeatability are of the utmost importance.

What will you do?

  • Independently set up and adjust CNC machines and automation systems, on average twice a day.
  • Create CNC programs for new products using hyperMILL and OneCNC.
  • If you already have experience with one of these systems, that’s a great advantage. If you have experience with another CAM system, we would also like to hear from you.
  • Inspect your own work and, when necessary, perform additional quality checks with support from our QA department using a 3D measuring machine.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines and keep your workplace organized and clean.
  • Manufacture highly precise products with tolerances of up to 2 µm.

What do we ask?

  • A passion for technology and engineering.
  • Accuracy and a strong focus on quality.
  • Team-player mentality combined with the ability to work independently.
  • A responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.
  • The determination to overcome challenges and setbacks.

What do we offer?

  • A competitive salary based on your education and experience (€3,250 – €4,250 gross per month).
  • Opportunities for further development through training, courses, and education.
  • Short communication lines and a personal working environment where you are more than just a number.
  • A transparent and flat organizational structure with little bureaucracy.
