Sheet Metalworker/Bankworker (all-round )

Are you going to be our new Sheet Metal Worker/Bankworker?

As a sheet metal/plastic machinist, you will work on custom products that are accurate to the millimeter. On the basis of drawings you process, shape and assemble plastic parts into an end product you can be proud of. You work with modern techniques and have a lot of variety in your work. No day is the same, and your craftsmanship makes all the difference.

What does the position entail?

You will machine and process plastic into custom products based on technical drawings. You do this by sawing, bending, gluing, welding and assembling. You check your work for size and quality and ensure a neat finished product.

Your responsibilities:

• Machining plastic sheets and parts (sawing, milling, drilling, tapping, gluing, welding).
• Assemble and finish products from drawing.
• Working with both hand tools and machines.
• Checking sizing and quality.
• Actively participate in thinking about improvements in the department and processes.

What do we ask?

• Experience as a bench worker, sheet metal worker or technical production worker is a plus.
• Technical understanding and be able to read drawings.
• Accurate and independent work attitude.
• Affinity for engineering and customization.
• Experience with plastics is nice to have, but not a requirement.
